Privacy Policy
SDAEX is designed to work without an account and without collecting personal information. This policy explains what the app handles and where it goes.
Information we collect
We don't collect personal information through SDAEX. The app has no sign-up or login, and it doesn't include analytics, advertising or tracking software.
Information stored on your device
The following stays on your iPhone and isn't sent to us:
- Bitcoin addresses and transaction IDs you add to the Tracker, and any labels you give them.
- Your display currency preference.
- Whether you've seen the welcome screen.
You can remove tracked items by swiping on them in the Tracker or with Remove All Tracked Items in Settings. Deleting the app removes all of this data.
Requests to data providers
To show live information, the app requests data directly from two third-party services:
- mempool.space — Bitcoin blocks, mempool, fees, hashrate and difficulty data, and the addresses, transactions and blocks you look up or track. When you look up or track an address or transaction, that address or ID is included in the request.
- CoinGecko — prices, charts and market data for network tokens. These requests don't include your tracked items or other personal information.
Like any internet request, these services can see your IP address and basic device information needed to deliver the response. Their handling of that information is covered by their own privacy policies. Bitcoin addresses and transactions are public on the blockchain.
Links to other websites
Explorer and project website links open in an in-app browser. Those sites are run by others and have their own privacy practices.
Contacting support
If you email us at [email protected], we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We don't sell or share it.
Children
SDAEX isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
